MomCare can assist with information on resources for:

- Facilitation of Healthy Start Screening, program explanations and benefits of program

- Referrals to local Pediatricians and Family Practice Physicians
- Referral to Medicaid OB providers
- Information on Family Planning Services in community
- Providing information on Medicaide Eligibility and how to apply
