The Lake County Health Department’s Clermont Vital Statistics Office will move to the new Clermont Health Center

Clermont - Effective Wednesday, October 31st the Vital Statistics office currently located at South Lake Hospital’s Center for Women’s Health, 1900 Don Wickham Drive, will close.  Beginning Thursday, November 1st the Vital Statistics office will offer services Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM at the Lake County Health Department’s new Clermont Health Center located at 875 Oakley Seaver Drive in Clermont.
