| Description: | Pig on the Pond is a community event which caters to the Clermont , Florida community that raises money for scholarship and educational programs for south Lake County. The event has raised over $500,000 since 2003 for the kids in the community. 98% of the vendors, including food, are non-profit organizations within south Lake County raising funds for the children. There is a $3.00 admission fee.
The tobacco prevention and diabetes programs will be participating by providing informational materials on their services and other Lake County Health Department programs. |
