The Budget Management Department coordinates and provides
technical assistance in the planning and management of the Lake County
Health Department budget.
It prepares and coordinates the spending plan,
and takes the lead in preparing and managing the Core Contract between
the State of Florida and the Lake County board of County commissioners.
Budget Management coordinates Medicaid cost based reporting, cost allocation,
revenue accounting/cash balances, budget analysis, and cost analysis.
